The project includes comprehensive improvement and greening of the planned area. The residential area designates a zone for children's playgrounds and sports areas. The playgrounds are equipped with play structures and equipment for children. Greening and landscaping of the entire open area, free from buildings and pavement, is planned with the establishment of a dense layer of vegetation and shrubs, including the planting of greenery. The playgrounds and pedestrian zones will be furnished with small architectural forms and landscaping elements. Areas with canopies for waste containers will be provided for utility purposes. The following types of surfacing are adopted for the planned area:
- Driveways, parking lots, and waste collection areas with asphalt concrete surfacing on a cement-concrete base.
- Sidewalks and pedestrian paths made of pavement tiles.
- Play areas with rubber surfacing.
