Engineering Infrastructure Facilities Complex in Irkutsk City

Our team was actively involved in the creation of this project, contributed, and brought unique ideas to life.

During the design of the Complex of Engineering Infrastructure Objects in Irkutsk, the design organization LLC "STB Project" developed facade solutions for the Pumping Station "Pravoberezhnaya" and the Closed Substation "Kirovskaya - PP-3 - RKK-2". The facades of the Pumping Station building, located along Tsesovskaya Naberezhnaya Street, are designed in a "brick style" typical of the historical architecture of Irkutsk.

Restoration bricks were used in the facade finishing. The facades of the Substation building, located on Surykova Street, are designed in a constructivist style. The facade finishing includes plastering and painting with facade paint. The architecture of the neighboring building on Surykova Street and the landscaping of the former CHP-2 territory are shown in a schematic manner.
