Class B+ Business Center

Our team was actively involved in the creation of this project, contributed, and brought unique ideas to life. The business center is classified as Class B+, and the construction area is considered promising in terms of business activity development. The facility is an eight-story building with an underground parking lot for 14 parking spaces. The ground floor features the center's lobby and a retail area with high windows. The second to eighth floors are functionally designed as open-plan office spaces. The seventh and eighth floors are designed with panoramic glazing. The building is equipped with modern engineering systems that ensure convenience and safety for employees.
